Start a mediation process
Before starting to fill in the online form, please ensure your request is eligible for mediation.
I prepare the following documents: the complaint letter(s) sent to the customer service and/or consumer service of the relevant ENGIE entity, the response if I have received one, and my latest invoice.
If you have a contract or any other document that may be useful for your case, you may also attach it, if it is not too heavy.
